At Purnt, we stand behind the premium quality of our kitchenware products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward, transparent, and completely free return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was marked as delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a successful return and full refund, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, including all inserts, protective covers, and documentation.
- Items showing signs of intentional damage, modification, or usage cannot be accepted.
3. Free Returns (No Hidden Fees)
We believe in a risk-free shopping experience for our US customers:
- Return Shipping Cost: $0.00. Purnt will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You do not need to pay for return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these simple steps to return your product:
- Contact our customer support team via email at care@purnt.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
- Print the label, securely pack the item in its original box, affix the label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the address printed on the shipping label without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
5. Refund Processing Timeline (Within 10 Days)
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned package at our facility, our team will inspect the item within 2-3 business days to verify its condition.
- Approval & Issuance: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Credit Timeline: The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the credit to officially reflect on your statement.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us at care@purnt.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will expedite a brand-new replacement or a full refund immediately at no cost to you.
