Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Purnt. We are dedicated to delivering your premium kitchenware safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Cost (Free Standard Shipping)
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum order thresholds, no hidden handling fees, and no surprises at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay for delivery.
2. Order Processing & Transit Time
To ensure your order arrives safely, we use a structured fulfillment process. Please note the timelines below:
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Handling / Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatching from our logistics hub.
- Transit / Shipping Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday) for standard delivery to mainland US addresses.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 Business Days.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or official public holidays.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your journey. Tracking information typically activates within 24 to 48 hours. You can track your order directly on our website or via major carrier portals (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
4. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the United States. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO).
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at care@purnt.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a shipment has left our warehouse, the address cannot be altered.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if tracking indicates your package is lost, please contact our support team immediately at care@purnt.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at zero extra cost to you.
